GENERAL
- Improved UI state caching. Most buttons and windows should no longer flicker, even when playing multiplayer with high ping.
- Added scaling for floating combat text (Bigger numbers are now bigger. Makes sense, right?)
- Added configurable hotkey to hide/show UI (unmapped by default)
- Player will now be returned to the main menu after finishing the Old-Haalayash demo mission
- Slightly improved communication of how aura abilities work
- Added a "Reset to default" button in controls options
- Visual improvements of Multiplayer Ability Effects
- Slightly improved framerate when there are many units on the map
- We broke your old savegames again, sorry 😢

BUG FIXES
- Fixed flickering of hold position button
- Fixed quick load hotkey not working
- Fixed crash at end of Iskander Wilds demo mission. Cinematic trailer will now correctly be played again and player will be returned to the main menu.
- Fixed a bug that prevented recruits from getting their HP boost from their upgrade

BALANCING
- Increased the power level of many creeps on the multiplayer maps
- Removed temporary equipment from the main multiplayer merchant
- Added two new robes and a leather armor to the multiplayer merchants
- Added a bow and a crossbow to the main multiplayer merchant

GENERAL
- Added "Keys" filter to inventory so you can now actually see all the keys you have collected
- Moved documents and blueprints to their own inventory filter, separate from quest items
- Merged jewelry filter into armor filter (because we didn't have space for that many filters)
- Added tooltips for inventory filters
- Added sort function for inventory
- Added new visual spell effects for the singleplayer Abilities. Multiplayer Abilities will be updated soon.
- Adding Ability or Attribute Points now requires clicking the Apply Buttons to make your decision final. You can remove your assigned ability points using the RMB until they are locked in with the Apply Button.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed crash when casting "Motivate" on a building reduces production time to 0 (You should now be save to use that spell again!)
- Fixed crash when changing resolution in main menu
- Fixed an issue that allowed heroes and units to move through blocked areas
- Fixed alignment of attribute "Apply" button in non 16:9 resolutions
- Fixed units being able to walk through a cart blocking a path in singleplayer map Old-Haalayash
- Old savegames from version 0.55/38631 or later can now be loaded again. Be advised that the game is still in beta though and we may break your old savegames again with one of the next updates.

AUDIO
- Sacrificial Altar no longer insults players (at least not in any language we know)

BUG FIXES
- Potential Problems/Crashes related to the "Elen's Curse" and "Elen's Blessing" spell should be fixed
- Extreme Damage of Zombie Explosion of the "Call of the Forsaken II" spell has been significantly reduced
- Fixed possible deadlocks in the "Old-Haalayash" Singleplayer Mission that caused the main quest to not continue under certain circumstances

WARNINGS
"Motivate" spell may cause the game to crash when used under certain circumstances. We advice to not use the spell for now. We are investigating the issue and provide a fix as soon as possible.

GENERAL
- Unsellable items will now be visually indicated in trade window
- Trade window now displays prices of individual items instead of the whole stack
- Added floating combat text when a hero blocks an attack

BUG FIXES
- Fixed some invalid notification icons and improved others
- Fixed a rare issue that could cause the game to crash on level start or when saving
- Fixed an issue with production time reducing upgrades not being applied correctly
- You can no longer load savegames from revisions earlier than 38192 since those have been broken with the previous update (sorry)

BALANCING
- All multiplayer heroes now slowly regenerate health while out of combat
- All units now regenerate health very slowly while out of combat
- Increased the production time for Elven Novices and Archers out of the Barracks
- Potions will now be used instantly without interrupting a heroe's current orders

GENERAL
- Added left-handed mode (swaps left & right mouse buttons, can be enabled under Options -> Controls)
- Added confirmation popup when pressing "Restart" in the pause menu
- Made trade window more symmetrical
- Added tooltips for tabs in hero party screen
- The button at the bottom center of the screen now opens the party screen to the previously opened tab instead of always showing the inventory
- Increased maximum camera panning speed multiplier from 3 to 5
- Added button to toggle hero highlighting
- Added button to switch active control scheme
- Added button to open pause menu
- Added follow camera mode
- Added more buff and debuff tooltips
- Some slight performance improvements
- Added a few more concept arts to keep loading screens interesting

BUG FIXES
- Fixed building placement mode not being canceled when a cutscene starts
- Singleplayer Spell "Sacrifice" reworked to no longer be exploitable.

- Reduced the knockdown chance of the Mentalist's attack.

- Added animations for some orc buildings

BUG FIXES
- Fixed post game statistics showing wrong factions
- Fixed spectating
- Fixed crash at the end of the Iskander Wilds demo mission
- Fixed a possible crash when purchasing certain building and unit upgrades
- Fixed some issues that could cause the game to go out of sync
- Fixed issues with some bird animations

BALANCING
- Added new items to the multiplayer merchants: two daggers, two hammers, three swords and three armors
- Increased the HP of Human and Orc T0 Outposts to 1000 from 250
- Decreased the HP of all workers to 75 from 100
- Increased building resistances to all normal damage types from 25% to 35%
- Decreased building resistances to siege damage from -25% to -35%
- Fortify Buildings: decreased the resource costs and increased the research times for lvl1 and lvl2

BALANCING
- Removed the wood and stone costs from all T2 and T3 units and replaced them with food, iron and arya/lenya/black ash.
- Increased the production speed of arya/lenya/black ash.
- You now need one iron miner to keep one iron smelter busy. The same ratio applies for arya/lenya/black ash.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed black health bar and selection ring color for creeps
- Fixed preorder button
- Elven Ballista now stuns units like it is supposed to
- Fixed crash when leaving level
- Fixed heroes being permanently out of breath

GENERAL
- It's now possible to cast teleport spells via the minimap (this includes the multiplayer teleport stone)
- Improved quest tracker
- Map names and descriptions will now once again be displayed in the loading screen
- Added auto-scaling text to some elements to prevent overflow if the displayed text is too long
- Point light shadows can now be disabled to save some performance
- Lots of new spell effects
- Added an additional perk to each singleplayer skill tree

BALANCING
- Increased the HP and reduced the DPS of easy and medium creeps in the multiplayer maps to allow for more strategic options.
- Decreased the DPS of the hard multiplayer Medusa creeps but slightly increased their HP.
- Increased the HP of the multiplayer spider creep boss.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed some effect sounds being audible while still in the loading screen
- Fixed music returning to full volume when changinge volume settings in pause menu
- Fixed point light shadows being culled incorrectly
- Fixed mp games crashing after one player was defeated

Changelog


GENERAL
- Added option to mute sound when the game window is not in focus (enabled by default)
- Reduced CPU and GPU usage when game is minimized
- Added option to hide helmets on heroes
- Added lots of minor tooltips
- Made numbers in building resource storage display less confusing (hopefully)
- Doubled the range in which gold is being picked up in multiplayer games.
- New Spell Icons
- Revised Spell Tooltips

ECONOMY BALANCING
- Workers in Barracks, Smelteries and equivalent T3 buildings can now get their own resources if all carriers are busy. This should reduce them being resource blocked in some cases.
- Orc Tribe totem building costs, shooting costs as well as required workers has been increased

MULTIPLAYER HERO BALANCING
- Nearly all multiplayer heroes got tweaks to their ability kits, giving them more tools at their disposal and generally more powerful effects.
- Paladin: Can now shield themselves and allies instead of healing. Leveling up Haste now increases movement speed a lot. Falcon Technique gives the Paladin massively increased melee damage.
- White Mage: Heal now includes a short duration shield to make pre-healing less of a problem. Healing circle now heals a bit more. Blessing III now properly applies all effects.
- Elementalist: Slightly increased the radius of Fireball I. Replaced Ice Nova with Frost Shell: Makes you invulnerable and triggers a Frost Nova when it ends.
- Marauder: New Abilities: Retaliation counter-attacks enemies every few seconds. Battle Fervor increases your attack speed as you continue attacking.
- Archer: Deadeye no longer interrupts or silences. New Ability: Disabling Shot is an instant interrupt and silence. New Ability: Entangling Shot is a massive AoE impair. Guided Arrow is the Archer's new Ultimate ability.
- Assassin: Fan of Knives now deals increased and longer bleeding damage. Qualaian Fencing and Assassinate combo with bleed. Shadow Step II is now much cheaper. Shadow Step III now spreads impair. Corrupt Blood now deals increased damage.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed a few issues that could potentially cause desyncs
- Fixed tooltips being visible during cutscenes
- Fixed invisible buttons being clickable during cutscenes
- Fixed sound issues during cutscenes when the party management window was open when the cutscene started
- Fixed a bug that could cause keyboard input being lost permanently after tabbing out of the game in fullscreen mode
- Fixed invalid healthbar positioning on buildings with 0 workers

- Re-selecting your current selection will now bring up the corresponding controls again if you switched to the building construction menu in the meantime
- Orc Tribe Totem reworked. You now charge and fire with two seperate actions.
- Buffs/Debuffs/Notifications are now shown in the building midconsole.
- Improved Projectile and hit effect of Human Stone Tower
- Added buttons and improved visualization for resource stockpiling in sector centers

BALANCING
- Ranger: Reduced the damage of Chain Shot.

GENERAL
- Added option to wait for a key press at the end of a loading screen before continuing to the level (singleplayer only)
- You can now sell your items to traders at a loss if they can't afford them
- AOE ablities (e.g. Whirlwind) can now be properly used via the Click'n'Fight UI
- Old-Haalayash singleplayer mission can now be played in coop mode

BUG FIXES
- Fixed some ability and item damage values not being correctly displayed in UI
- Fixed hint texts in options menu being displayed for wrong option while a dropdown menu is open
- Fixed a few multiplayer-related crashes

BALANCING
- Reduced the HP of many weaker MP creeps in order to increase expansion speed again.
- Changed the distribution and power level of the golems in Leonidar Heathlands to decrease level speed and increase risk.
- Increased the resistance boost from Protective Totem and Blessing.
- Doubled the damage from Death Sentence - but the explosion now only affect up to 5 enemies.
- Elves now get proper supply increase from upgrading their capital again.
- Increased the amount of workers in Human Smelteries and Aria Distilleries to decrease the amount of buildings needed per sector.
